A Collaboration Between Interiors by Berni and Erbauer Built
Interiors by Berni was involved in all aspects of this project from the design concept stage, to cabinet & window selection, flooring, paint colors, wall coverings, and decor.
The owners wanted a modern / industrial home design. The exterior and interior finishes – exterior siding, flooring, cabinets, window treatments, fixtures, etc.,– are not traditional in nature as you might find in a typical home in the Central Minnesota area.

Home Features
The floor throughout the entire home (including the garage) is concrete with in-floor heat and a marble design epoxy finish. The design also incorporates exposed spiral ductwork, an electric fireplace, custom industrial barn doors and pops of color on the walls and in the accessories.
